The platform provides every registered player — regardless of VIP tier or wagering history — with access to the following tools at no cost: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders and hard session limits; loss limits; cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 30 days; and permanent self-exclusion. All responsible gaming controls take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed or shortened during the active period.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. These Terms do not affect your right to take legal action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
